Tom Brady Announces Training and Nutrition Book

Tom Brady has announced that he will be releasing a new book.

It will focus on Brady’s training and nutrition routines.

Publisher Simon & Schuster describes the book as “oversized, heavily illustrated, revealing yet deeply practical”.

They further hope that it will become an essential guide for athletes of any age or level.

The TB12 Method: How to Achieve a Lifetime of Sustained Peak Performance will be out sometime this September.
